I Like Suclema Sign on the wall of the Barangay Hall Compund

Our journey to meeting Barangay Suclema began on the 26th of March when the first batch of medical students were sent to the Municipality of Ipil for the first exposure, in cognizance to the fact that we are still in a pandemic, only two representatives per group were sent to the community per week. At the end of the week, each student goes back to Zamboanga.

Thereafter, another two students were sent for the second week, another two for the third week whose stay extended to the fourth and final week along with the one student sent for that week.

We are very grateful to the Honorable Mayor of Ipil and Municipal Officials and employees, and the Honorable Barangay Officials of Suclema for their generosity and astounding hospitality. We felt that we were at home with the friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

We cannot be more thankful enough that we were allowed to reside within the Barangay Hall compound in their quarantine facility for the duration of our first exposure.
