We are passionate about sharing thoughts and information on everything that concerns Health and Wellness.

True to the mission of this school we, the medical students, are deployed by our school to different communities in Zamboanga peninsula and beyond to help address the problems and challenges of the area.

We are making this blog to document our experience as one of the schools in the Philippines with community health medicine as one of its cornerstone.
